Refund policy

Return Conditions

A product is eligible for return or exchange if it:

- Is unused and in the same condition as when received.

- Is in the original, undamaged packaging.

- Is complete with all accessories and documentation.

If a product does not fully meet these conditions, Tactical Supply may charge costs of up to 75% of the new price, depending on the condition of the item.

Return Costs

Return costs amount to approximately €5 per shipment. These will be deducted from your return request.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a confirmation by email. Upon approval, we will refund the purchase amount (including shipping costs) within 2-3 business days.
