Instructions for Connecting and Adjusting the Pressure Regulator

1. Connect the regulator
Connect the pressure regulator to your device using a hose with a quick coupling.

2. Check the gas cylinder pressure
Check the gas cylinder pressure before connecting. Ensure that the outlet pressure of the gas cylinder valve (input pressure for the regulator) is below 1000 psi.

3. Pre-adjust the regulator (loosen setting)
Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise with an Allen key to loosen it.

4. Reset procedure (if needed)
If the regulator has no pressure or needs to be reset:

- Fully loosen the adjustment screw first

- Then reconnect the gas cylinder

- Only after that, set the desired pressure

This prevents damage to the pressure gauge and quick coupling.

5. Important warning
Note: If the screw has already been tightened clockwise, the full input pressure will be released immediately when the gas cylinder is connected.

6. Set the working pressure
Attach the regulator to the gas cylinder and set an initial pressure of approximately 40 psi.
Then slowly turn the adjustment screw clockwise until the desired working pressure is reached.

7. Maximum pressure
Maximum adjustable pressure: approximately 160 psi

8. Ready for use
The pressure regulator is now safely set and ready for operation.
